The Desired Fruit

Updated: Jul 26, 2022

John 15, 5-8. 5 “I am the vine, and you are the branches. He who remains in me, as I in him, will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. 6 Whoever does not abide in me is cast away and withers, like branches that are gathered, thrown into the fire and burned. 7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you want, and it will be given to you. 8 My Father is glorified when you bear much fruit and thus show that you are my disciples.

You must first be aware that the kingdom of God is within you. You should not look for it anywhere else but within yourself. That does not mean that it is a kingdom like the one that God wanted, many people are absent from this knowledge and therefore their internal harmony is something completely unknown to them. There have been kingdoms that have caused war, unrest, poverty, destruction, discord, loneliness, abandonment, abuse, violence and death. So, there have also been kingdoms where everything is well managed, where peace, harmony and prosperity reign. Well, the same thing happens in a subjective way with what governs within you, harmony may reign if you have dedicated time and care to how you work it, or chaos and discord reigns in it if you are still absent of the power that resides within you. Luke 17:21, 21 They're not going to say, “Look at it here! Look at it over there!” Realize that the kingdom of God is between [b(within)] you.” Regardless of the idea you have of God and where he is or what he is like. You must focus on feeling him and living his experience. 1 Corinthians 3:16, “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” You cannot see it, but you can live in it, do you understand the difference?... Thousands of people spend lot of years doing a lot of religious services, prayers, sacrifices they call some actions, feeling guilty for this or that, with the idea of pleasing a being external to them. They private themselves from God's power.

Everyone who remains in him will bear much fruit but without him he cannot do anything, and what fruit is this passage referring to? We can focus on it in another way, what would be the result, achievement or experience that you want in a certain area of your life? Who would you like to become? Whether in family, physical, economic, professional, work, love, health, friends. All these areas are loaded with desires, right? Therefore, those desires until now are only desires, but when you can feel them, they are the fruits that fill the basket of happiness. You are and will be then a branch that bears good fruit, without the tree there can be no branch and without the branch there can be no fruit. The branch or that person you become is much more important than the fruit itself, because the fruit is produced, enjoyed and disappears, but the branch will bear more fruit. A foolish servant would cut the branch to eat the fruit, but a wise servant cuts the fruit and takes care that the branch remains attached to the tree, for he knows that a branch not attached to the tree is thrown into the fire. How do you serve the person you want to become? Are you attached to God in all circumstances? Weather changes are around and outside the tree, it does not affect who the tree is and its fruit, it could be a pleasant day or a stormy weather, no matter the tree is there being who it is. Are you being who you want to be regardless of the external events? If that is the way of being, which it really is, so, what really matters: the external reality or your internal reality? Once again, I ask you, who do you serve?.. It is the representation of everyone who departs from God, everyone who puts his trust in his five senses and denies his internal dimension is like the cut branch of a tree. Your union with God or with the power that has created everything must be constant and faithful, no matter what happens. You must remain in full confidence and with the certainty that your wishes will bear fruit. You cannot serve two masters at the same time, you cannot be carried away by doubt or fear of not seeing your desires come true and at the same time expecting good fruit. You must remain in it, you must be tied to the idea, thoughts and feelings that are identified with who you want to be, remember that who you want to be is the symbol of the branch that bears good fruit. When you identify through clear and precise decision who you want to be, then you will be able with the eye of your thoughts to see the fruits that you will produce. Revelation 21:1, And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, because the first heaven and the first earth passed, and the sea no longer exists. Decide with the strongest of your desires what you want to be, when you understand its message and remain in it, you can ask for what you want and it will be granted to you. Through what you hear, think, feel and say, reflect that you are that branch that bears good fruit, keep your attention directed solely and exclusively to the feeling of having already produced the desired fruits, live as if you already were, because only then can you bring your inner kingdom into harmony with the Spirit of God that dwells in you. So, show that you are his disciple and that you keep his commandments, close the door to what scares you and take refuge in his power, imagine and feel all the good that he has for you. Just as there is love and sustenance between the branch and the tree, so also between you and your creator there is the union that leads to produce everything that he has created: love, peace and abundance in everything you want.
